The Duchy of Cornwall estate holds land in over 20 counties in England and Wales, including in Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire, along with the Highgrove Estate, the Gloucestershire home of His Majesty King Charles III.
The Newton Park estate has been part of the estate since the 1940s and at just over 6,000 acres, is our largest lowland estate. Located on the edge of Bath, which is a World Heritage Site, the estate is home to the Bath Spa University's Newton Park Campus as well as the picturesque village of Newton St. Loe, one of our larger estate villages.
Our local Duchy team are based in the village and in addition to the university, the estate is home to a variety of farming businesses, a successful farm shop and cafe, a vineyard and even a chocolatier.
