Rolling hills of Herefordshire
The Duchy estate spans not only across the southwest of England but extends further into Herefordshire and Carmarthenshire in Wales.
The Hereford Estate incorporates the Guy's Estate and Cradley Estate. It is made up of 27 equipped farms and numerous bare land tenancies.

From farms that have been passed down through generations, through to barns converted into new housing and business developments, the Guy’s Estate consists of mostly of Grade 2 land across almost 10,000 acres. The Cradley Estate incorporates significant woodland features within its beautiful Herefordshire surroundings.

One jewel in the crown of the Hereford Estate is Harewood Park, a group of former homesteads and parkland brought back to life by the Duchy of Cornwall through the conversion of redundant farm buildings into workplaces and homes.
Beautiful Wales
The Duke of Cornwall also holds the title of Prince of Wales. The Duchy estate has nearly 250 acres of land in Carmarthenshire, Wales including the beautiful Llwynywermod Estate, just outside the Brecon Beacons.

Llwynywermod Park formed part of the previous Duke and Duchess of Cornwall's Welsh home. The property comprises the main farmhouse and three cottages, as well as a barn conversion created from locally sourced materials, surrounded by stunning woodland. Llwynywermod is now tenanted by Arusha Gallery and more exciting updates will follow in summer 2025.

Further afield, the Duchy of Cornwall estate has farms and estates including Shropshire and Nottinghamshire.
